Independent Methodist Women’s Group

The Ladies IMW at Cedar View Independent Methodist Church meets once a month for a devotional, prayer time, and planning purposes. Their purpose is to minister to the families of the Church, the community, and the missionaries of the Evangelical Methodist Conference. Various projects include:

Cedar View Independent Methodist Church: Funding church renovation projects, preparing meals for funerals and individuals in need, and sending cards and flowers of encouragement.

Local Hospital: Supplying the local hospital’s surgery waiting room with snack and drink items for families waiting on loved ones in surgery.

Breckbill Bible College: Collecting items for the food pantry at the school, raising money for specific building projects, sending care packages and cards of encouragement to students, and assisting students in paying their tuition.

Foreign Missions: Collecting craft items for Camp in Jamaica, supporting Dr. Cooke in his ministry to the people of Malawi, and supporting pastors in Jamaica, Kenya, and Chile financially with a Christmas offering.
